Fuel used was Husqvarna ethanol free XP+ 50:1 mix. The Stihl had about 7 tanks of fuel through it. 18" factory bar with new Stihl .325/.063 standard chain. Fuel used was Stihl ethanol free 50:1 mix.6400 leaves you the ability to jump to 79-84cc on future. 6100 is better power to weight and better balanced for 60cc. Really just depends on what you want/need now or in the future. I currently have a 421 and an Echo 500p. I am a firewood hack but am in need of a saw with more power for felling and bucking.The 592 is lighter and has noticeably more power than the 395 or the 660. It seems to use considerably less fuel than either my 395 or 660. One thing I did like was the power curve is flatter than my 572.
