From the ONT, a CAT 5e line runs through my house coming out through the floor in corner of my living room and plugs directly into the Deco unit allowing it to offer Wi-Fi in the house. Ezee Fiber is easily the best residential service available. 100% recommend them. On a 2.5 GBe capable endpoint we get 1-2 ms ping times 2216 download 2368 upload. Gets slower at peak times as its shared fiber. On a 10 GBe capable endpoint best we have seen is 1 ms ping times 5004 download 7658 uploads. .
