Go with Harrahs only if you get a Valley room (the renovated rooms) the other rooms are gross. But if not I would go with Flamingo it’s only like a couple more feet and The Linq Promenade would get you quick eats and some fun. But honesty if it’s just you The Linq would work too all the rooms are new-ish..
