I use their subreddit and extend my promotions every year. 200 mbps down for 50 bucks a month. I'm sure it varies depending on your area but in Alameda it's great. Damn happy I never switched to common networks, yikes. I've never had luck calling them. The Comcast subreddit is where it's at..
