I use the skin, hair, and nail you can get from Costco with good results. I think its just for overall collagen and keratin production as my nails become way thicker. Phytosterols and Fatty Acids (contained in all products on the left) do inhibit DHT. The problem is oral bioavailability is close to none. The only way they would actually work (and modestly) is by dermarolling the compounds to mimic the "in vitro" studies and at extremely high concentrations, 10-15%.
