Top Quality BBQ I was told by an American to make sure I sampled some bbq in Nashville. Went to Martin's as it was just across the road from our hotel. We tried the sampler plate - ribs, brisket and pork shoulder with 3 sides. The meat was delicious - really tender with amazing bbq sauce. The baked beans were really tasty as well. .
